Jednostavan povrtni prilog od mekih žutih tikvica i slatkog luka pirjanih na maslinovu ulju te začinjenih solju i crnim paprom. Lagan je, ukusan i odlično se slaže s mesom s roštilja, rižom ili tjesteninom.

  • Luk, 100 g

  • Maslinovo ulje, 20 g

  • Sol, 10 g

  • Crni papar, 10 g

  • 1. Narežite žute tikvice i luk na jednake komade.

  • 2. Zagrijte maslinovo ulje u tavi na srednje jakoj vatri.

  • 3. Dodajte luk i kuhajte 2 do 3 minute, dok ne omekša.

  • 4. Dodajte žute tikvice, sol i crni papar.

  • 5. Kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje 6 do 8 minuta, dok tikvice ne omekšaju, ali da se ne raskuhaju.
