  • Postupak



  • 1. U lončiću pomiješajte vodu, smeđi šećer, cimet i kardamom. Stavite na srednju vatru i miješajte samo dok se šećer ne otopi i tekućina ne počne lagano isparavati, oko 2 minute. Začin treba mirisati toplo i čisto, ne preprženo.


  • 2. Dodajte kriške kruške i jabuke u što je moguće više jednom sloju. Pustite da tekućina lagano zakuha, zatim smanjite vatru na nisku. Labavo poklopite i kuhajte 8 do 10 minuta, jednom okrećući voće na pola kuhanja. Voće treba omekšati po rubovima, a pritom zadržati oblik.


  • 3. Maknite poklopac i dodajte maslac. Lagano vrtite posudu 1 minutu dok se maslac ne otopi u laganu, sjajnu glazuru koja ravnomjerno oblaže voće. Tekućina treba ostati tekuća, ne gusta ni ljepljiva.


  • 4. Pažljivo premjestite voće na tanjur za posluživanje ili u plitku zdjelicu. Žlicom prelijte toplu začinjenu glazuru preko voća i odmah poslužite.

    Posložite kriške kruške i jabuke u urednu, preklopljenu liniju ili niski humak. Lagano žlicom rasporedite glazuru oko i preko voća tako da tanjur ostane skladan i nenatrpan. Poslužite toplo, tako da voće bude mekano i sjajno, ali nikada raspadnuto.
