Odvažno, slano marinirano jelo od svinjetine s češnjakom, soja umakom, čili uljem i zagrijavajućim začinima. Najbolje se poslužuje kao sirovo marinirano jelo samo ako se sa svinjetinom sigurno rukuje i ako je nabavljena za sirovu konzumaciju; u suprotnom je treba skuhati.

  • Češnjak: 30 g

  • Čili ulje: 60 ml

  • Soja umak: 40 ml

  • Pahuljice crvenog čilija: 5 g

  • Crni papar: 3 g

  • Sol: 7 g

  • Šećer: 5 g

  • 1. Češnjak sitno nasjeckajte.

  • 2. U zdjeli pomiješajte češnjak, čili ulje, soja umak, pahuljice crvenog čilija, crni papar, sol i šećer.

  • 3. Dodajte svinjsku plećku i temeljito promiješajte dok se ravnomjerno ne obloži.

  • 4. Pokrijte i marinirajte u hladnjaku najmanje 2 sata, po mogućnosti preko noći.

  • 5. Poslužite ohlađeno ili na sobnoj temperaturi ako je namijenjeno kao sirovo marinirano jelo, ili svinjetinu temeljito skuhajte prije posluživanja ako želite.
