  • 1. Masukkan oat ke dalam panci kecil dan tambahkan air secukupnya hingga menutupi oat sekitar 20 mm. Didihkan perlahan di atas api sedang lalu masak selama 8 hingga 10 menit, aduk secara teratur, sampai oat empuk dan cairannya menyusut menjadi konsistensi yang encer dan creamy.


  • 2. Tambahkan bayam segenggam demi segenggam, biarkan setiap tambahan layu sebelum menambahkan berikutnya. Lanjutkan memasak selama 2 hingga 3 menit, aduk perlahan, sampai bayam benar-benar layu, mengilap, dan tersebar merata di seluruh oat.


  • 3. Angkat panci dari api dan diamkan mangkuk selama 1 menit. Tekstur akhir harus kental tetapi masih mudah disendok, dengan oat yang lembut dan bayam yang lunak tanpa menjadi kusam atau berserat.
