  • Metode


  • 1. Campurkan 40 g oat dan 60 g air dalam panci kecil. Letakkan di atas api sedang dan masak selama 4 hingga 5 menit, sambil terus diaduk, hingga oat melunak dan campurannya mengental tetapi masih bisa disendok. Angkat dari api dan diamkan selama 2 menit; oat harus tetap mempertahankan bentuk tanpa menjadi kaku.

  • 2. Sendokkan 75 g yogurt ke dasar gelas saji. Ratakan menjadi lapisan yang merata.

  • 3. Tambahkan setengah oat hangat, sekitar 50 g, di atas yogurt. Sebarkan secara merata agar lapisannya tetap jelas.

  • 4. Taburkan setengah dari 50 g berry di atas oat. Buah harus tampak jelas di permukaan, tidak tenggelam sepenuhnya.

  • 5. Tambahkan sisa 75 g yogurt sebagai lapisan halus, lalu akhiri dengan sisa oat dan berry, jaga bagian atas tetap rapi dan seimbang.

  • 6. Diamkan parfait selama 2 menit sebelum disajikan. Tekstur akhirnya harus dingin dan creamy di bagian bawah, dengan oat yang lembut dan berry yang tetap segar serta utuh.
