  • Metode


  • 1. Siapkan cetakan kecil dengan kertas roti. Timbang semua bahan dengan tepat dan pisahkan berdasarkan komponennya.


  • 2. Campurkan protein susu, hidrolisat kolagen, polidekstrosa, maltitol, gliserol, perisa alami, dan garam dalam sebuah mangkuk. Aduk massa dengan spatula selama 2–3 menit hingga halus, padat, dan menyatu. Teksturnya harus bisa dibentuk tetapi tidak lengket.


  • 3. Masukkan soy protein crisp lalu aduk sangat singkat, sekitar 15 detik, agar crisp tersebar tanpa hancur.


  • 4. Tekan massa dengan rapat ke dalam cetakan hingga membentuk bar yang rata seberat sekitar 55 g. Tekan terutama di sudut-sudut agar permukaannya halus dan padat. Dinginkan selama 10 menit hingga terasa kokoh dan elastis.
