  • Cara membuat



  • 1. Hangatkan crêpes perlahan dalam wajan kering di atas api kecil selama 20 hingga 30 detik per sisi, hanya sampai lentur dan hangat merata. Crêpes harus tetap lembut, tanpa tepi yang renyah.


  • 2. Dalam wajan yang sama, tambahkan mentega dan biarkan meleleh di atas api kecil. Putar wajan agar dasar terlapisi merata, lalu angkat wajan dari api.


  • 3. Letakkan crêpes secara rata dan bagi stroberi secara merata di atasnya. Sendokkan krim kocok di atas buah membentuk garis yang halus dan terkontrol, bukan gundukan longgar.


  • 4. Lipat setiap crêpe menjadi seperempat yang rapi atau gulung ringan, dengan isian tetap terlihat dan bentuk tetap bersih. Crêpe harus tetap utuh tanpa robek dan krim harus tetap tampak terpisah.


  • 5. Hangatkan saus berry sebentar dalam panci kecil di atas api kecil selama 1 hingga 2 menit, hanya sampai cair dan mengilap. Saus harus dapat dituang dengan rapi tanpa mendidih.


  • 6. Sendokkan saus berry di sekeliling dan sedikit di atas crêpes, lalu akhiri dengan taburan gula bubuk yang merata.
