  • Metode


  • 1. Dinginkan air berkarbonasi hingga 2 sampai 4°C. Jaga tetap dingin; ini mempertahankan karbonasi dan memberi minuman akhir struktur yang rapat dan bersih.

  • 2. Dalam wadah pencampur, gabungkan asam sitrat, perisa alami, kafein, sukralosa, acesulfame potassium, natrium sitrat, pengawet, dan pewarna. Aduk hanya sampai seluruhnya terdispersi dan campuran tampak seragam, 30 hingga 45 detik.

  • 3. Tambahkan air berkarbonasi dalam aliran lambat sambil mengaduk seminimal mungkin. Kerjakan dengan sengaja untuk mempertahankan gas; cairan harus tetap hidup dan bergelembung halus.
