Metode



  • 1. Letakkan satu pancake Swedia di atas piring saji atau cake stand. Oleskan lapisan tipis dan rata krim kocok di permukaannya, sisakan pinggiran sempit 5 mm. Lapisan harus halus dan lembut lentur, tidak terlalu tebal hingga mudah bergeser.


  • 2. Tambahkan pancake kedua dan ulangi dengan krim kocok. Lanjutkan menyusun lapisan dengan cara ini hingga semua pancake habis digunakan, bagi krim kocok secara merata agar tumpukan tetap rata dan stabil.


  • 3. Setelah pancake terakhir terpasang, oleskan sisa krim kocok di bagian atas dalam lapisan yang rapi dan merata. Permukaan harus halus dan sedikit membulat, dengan tepi yang tertata rapi.


  • 4. Sendokkan isian stroberi di atasnya lalu ratakan perlahan menjadi lapisan yang merata. Akhiri dengan menotolkan atau mengoleskan selai lingonberry di permukaan dalam pola yang sederhana agar kedua unsur buah tetap terlihat dan terpisah jelas.


  • 5. Dinginkan tårta yang sudah dirakit selama 15 menit jika menginginkan potongan yang lebih kokoh. Kue harus terasa set di bagian tengah dan mampu mempertahankan lapisannya tanpa tertekan saat dipotong.


  • Penataan dan penyajian



    Potong dengan pisau tajam yang dilap bersih di antara setiap potongan. Sajikan setiap porsi sebagai penampang rapi dari pancake pucat, krim putih, dan buah merah, dengan lapisan tetap utuh dan bagian atas sengaja dibiarkan sederhana.
