マリネした鶏むね肉のストリップ

油、塩、パプリカ、ガーリック、黒こしょうをまぶした生の鶏むね肉で作る、シンプルな味付けの鶏肉料理です。フライパンで焼く、グリルする、またはオーブンで焼くことができます。

材料
  • 鶏むね肉 400 g

  • 菜種油 20 g

  • 塩 8 g

  • パプリカ 8 g

  • ガーリック 8 g

  • 黒こしょう 6 g


  • 合計重量: 450 g

    作り方
  • 1. 鶏むね肉を細長いストリップ状に切ります。

  • 2. ボウルに菜種油、塩、パプリカ、ガーリック、黒こしょうを入れて混ぜます。

  • 3. 鶏肉のストリップを加え、全体に均一にまぶします。

  • 4. 少しの間マリネするか、すぐに調理します。

  • 5. 熱したフライパン、グリル、またはオーブンで、中まで完全に火が通り、中心がピンク色でなくなるまで加熱します。
