ミートボールとトマトソースのペンネパスタ

風味豊かなミートボールとシンプルなトマトソースを和えた、定番のパスタ料理です。食べごたえがあり、ほっとする味わいで、熱いうちにいただくのがいちばんです。

Ingredients
  • ペンネパスタ 180 g

  • ミートボール 150 g

  • トマトソース 70 g

  • 植物油 10 g

  • 塩 5 g

  • 黒こしょう 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. 塩を加えた湯を鍋で沸かし、ペンネをアルデンテになるまでゆでます。しっかり湯を切ります。

  • 2. フライパンに植物油を入れ、中火で熱します。

  • 3. ミートボールを加え、中まで温まり、軽く焼き色がつくまで加熱します。

  • 4. トマトソースを注ぎ入れ、塩と黒こしょうで味を調えます。

  • 5. ゆでたペンネをフライパンに加え、ソースが全体に均一に絡むまで和えます。

  • 6. 熱いうちにすぐに盛り付けます。
