オーブンでローストしたパプリカポテト

シンプルな付け合わせで、味付けしたじゃがいもを外はカリッと、中はやわらかくなるまでローストします。パプリカが温かみのあるスモーキーな風味を加え、塩と黒こしょうで定番の味わいに仕上げます。

  • じゃがいも 150 g

  • 植物油 15 g

  • 塩 3 g

  • 黒こしょう 1 g

  • パプリカ 1 g

    作り方


  • 1. オーブンを220°Cに予熱します。

  • 2. じゃがいもを洗い、ひと口大の均一な大きさに切ります。

  • 3. じゃがいもを植物油、塩、黒こしょう、パプリカと和え、全体に均一にまぶします。

  • 4. 天板に重ならないように一層に広げます。

  • 5. 途中で一度返しながら、25〜35分、こんがりとしてカリッとするまでローストします。

  • 6. 熱いうちに提供します。
