  • 3. Sudukan 220 g adunan pankek untuk membentuk pankek dengan ketebalan yang sekata. Pastikan adunan kekal terkumpul dan tinggalkan ruang antara setiap bahagian jika memasak lebih daripada satu pada satu masa.

  • 4. Masak selama 2 hingga 3 minit pada bahagian pertama, sehingga permukaan mula set di tepi dan gelembung kecil muncul serta mula kekal. Bahagian bawah hendaklah berwarna keemasan pucat.
