  • 1. Satukan 40 g oat dan 60 g air dalam periuk kecil. Letakkan di atas api sederhana dan masak selama 4 hingga 5 minit, sambil dikacau berterusan, sehingga oat menjadi lembut dan campuran pekat tetapi masih boleh dicedok dengan sudu. Angkat dari api dan biarkan selama 2 minit; oat harus mengekalkan bentuk tanpa menjadi keras.

  • 2. Sudukan 75 g yogurt ke dasar gelas hidangan. Ratakan menjadi lapisan yang sekata.

  • 3. Tambahkan separuh daripada oat yang masih suam, kira-kira 50 g, di atas yogurt. Agihkannya secara sekata supaya lapisan kekal jelas berbeza.

  • 4. Taburkan separuh daripada 50 g beri di atas oat. Buah harus kelihatan jelas di permukaan, bukan tenggelam sepenuhnya.

  • 5. Tambahkan baki 75 g yogurt sebagai lapisan yang licin, kemudian akhiri dengan baki oat dan beri, sambil memastikan bahagian atas kemas dan seimbang.

  • 6. Rehatkan parfait selama 2 minit sebelum dihidangkan. Tekstur akhir harus sejuk dan berkrim di bahagian bawah, dengan oat yang lembut dan beri yang kekal segar serta utuh.
