  • Kaedah


  • 1. Tuangkan 500 g air ke dalam periuk kecil dan masukkan gula. Letakkan di atas api sederhana dan kacau selama 2 hingga 3 minit, hanya sehingga gula larut sepenuhnya dan cecair menjadi jernih. Jangan biarkan ia mendidih.

  • 2. Angkat dari api dan pukul masuk asid sitrik sehingga larut sepenuhnya. Cecair itu harus terasa masam bersih, tanpa sebarang rasa berpasir.

  • 3. Masukkan perisa semula jadi dan pukul sebentar supaya ia tersebar sekata.

  • 4. Masukkan baki 186 g air dan pukul untuk menyejukkan campuran sedikit. Cecair itu harus sekata dan lutsinar.

  • 5. Masukkan premiks vitamin dan mineral dan pukul sehingga sebati sepenuhnya. Tapis minuman melalui penapis jaringan halus ke dalam jag atau botol jika masih ada zarah yang tidak larut.

  • 6. Sejukkan sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam sebelum dihidangkan. Minuman siap harus sejuk, segar, dan sedikit manis, dengan penamat asid yang rangup.
