  • Serpihan kentang, 15 g

  • Tepung jagung, 3 g

  • Garam dan perasa, 2 g

  • Minyak sayuran, 8 g


  • Kaedah



  • 1. Panaskan ketuhar kepada 180°C dan alaskan dulang pembakar dengan kertas pembakar.


  • 2. Dalam mangkuk adunan, satukan serpihan kentang, tepung jagung, dan garam serta perasa. Gaul hingga sebati supaya perasa tersebar sekata dan tiada jalur pucat yang tertinggal.


  • 3. Masukkan minyak sayuran dan gaulkan ke dalam campuran kering sehingga menyerupai serbuk halus yang dilembapkan sekata. Campuran itu sepatutnya melekat apabila ditekan, tanpa kelihatan berminyak.


  • 4. Satukan campuran menjadi jisim padat. Jika ia sukar untuk bersatu, tekan dengan kuat dan bukannya menguli; matlamatnya ialah doh yang licin dan padu, bukan anjal.


  • 5. Canai doh di antara dua helai kertas pembakar hingga ketebalan 2 mm. Potong menjadi bulatan 6 cm dan pindahkan ke dulang yang telah disediakan, dengan meninggalkan sedikit jarak antara setiap keping.


  • 6. Bakar selama 10 hingga 12 minit, pusingkan dulang sekali pada pertengahan masa, sehingga bulatan berwarna keemasan sekata di bahagian tepi dan masak sepenuhnya di tengah. Ia sepatutnya terasa kering dan rapuh, dengan bunyi patahan yang tegas apabila diangkat.


  • 7. Pindahkan kepingan rangup ke rak dawai dan biarkan selama 5 minit untuk melengkapkan proses pengeringan dan mencapai rekahan penuh semasa ia menyejuk.
