  • 120 g crêpe

  • 15 g mentega, untuk kuali

  • 1. Panaskan crêpe perlahan-lahan dalam kuali kering di atas api kecil selama 20 hingga 30 saat bagi setiap sisi, hanya sehingga lembut dan panas sekata. Crêpe harus kekal lembut, tanpa tepi yang rangup.


  • 2. Dalam kuali yang sama, masukkan mentega dan biarkan ia cair di atas api kecil. Pusingkan kuali supaya dasar bersalut rata, kemudian angkat kuali daripada api.


  • 3. Letakkan crêpe secara rata dan bahagikan strawberi sama banyak di antaranya. Sudukan krim putar di atas buah dalam satu garisan yang licin dan terkawal, bukan timbunan yang longgar.


  • 4. Lipat setiap crêpe menjadi suku yang kemas atau gulung perlahan, sambil memastikan inti masih kelihatan dan bentuknya kekal rapi. Crêpe harus kekal elok tanpa koyak dan krim harus kekal jelas berasingan.


  • 5. Panaskan sos beri sebentar dalam periuk kecil di atas api kecil selama 1 hingga 2 minit, hanya sehingga cair dan berkilat. Sos harus boleh dituang dengan kemas tanpa mendidih.


  • 6. Sudukan sos beri di sekeliling dan sedikit di atas crêpe, kemudian akhiri dengan taburan sekata gula aising.
