  • 1. Masukkan kompot beri campuran ke dalam periuk kecil di atas api perlahan dan panaskan perlahan-lahan selama 2 hingga 3 minit, hanya sehingga sedikit cair dan berkilat. Ia sepatutnya panas tetapi tidak mendidih, dengan beri masih mengekalkan bentuknya.


  • 2. Letakkan kuali nonstick 24 cm di atas api sederhana. Masukkan mentega dan biarkan ia cair sepenuhnya, kemudian berbuih ringan dan mula mengeluarkan aroma kekacangan tanpa menjadi perang.
