Een eenvoudige bereiding van rauwe reepjes kipfilet, licht gezouten en gemarineerd in water. Dit is een basisvoorbereiding vóór het koken voor later gebruik in roerbakgerechten, op de grill of in de koekenpan.

  • 1. Snijd de kipfilet in gelijkmatige reepjes.
