Pennepasta med kjøttboller og tomatsaus

En klassisk pastarett med penne vendt i smakfulle kjøttboller og en enkel tomatsaus. Den er mettende, trøstende og serveres best varm.

Ingredienser
  • Pennepasta 180 g

  • Kjøttboller 150 g

  • Tomatsaus 70 g

  • Vegetabilsk olje 10 g

  • Salt 5 g

  • Svart pepper 5 g


  • Fremgangsmåte
  • 1. Kok opp en kjele med saltet vann og kok penne til al dente. La renne godt av.

  • 2. Varm den vegetabilske oljen i en panne på middels varme.

  • 3. Tilsett kjøttbollene og stek til de er gjennomvarme og lett brunet.

  • 4. Hell i tomatsausen, og smak til med salt og svart pepper.

  • 5. Tilsett den kokte pennen i pannen og vend til alt er jevnt dekket med saus.

  • 6. Server straks mens den er varm.
