Potet- og grønnsakssuppe

En enkel, klassisk grønnsakssuppe basert på poteter, gulrøtter, løk og purre som småkokes i olivenolje og krydres med salt. Dette ligner en enkel rustikk potetsuppe eller grønnsakssuppe.

  • Poteter, 250 g

  • Gulrøtter, 90 g

  • Løk, 70 g

  • Purre, 60 g

  • Olivenolje, 20 g

  • Salt, 30 g

    Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Skrell og skjær potetene og gulrøttene i terninger. Skjær løken og purren i skiver.

  • 2. Varm olivenoljen i en gryte på middels varme.

  • 3. Tilsett løk og purre, og stek til de er myke.

  • 4. Tilsett gulrøttene og potetene, og rør slik at de dekkes av oljen.

  • 5. Tilsett nok vann til å dekke grønnsakene, smak til med salt og kok opp.

  • 6. Senk varmen og la suppen småkoke til alle grønnsakene er møre.

  • 7. Server varm som suppe, enten med biter eller lett most hvis ønskelig.
