  • 1. Prepare a laranja, descascando-a e separando-a em gomos.

  • 2. Retire o caroço da maçã e corte-a em pedaços pequenos.

  • 3. Descasque o kiwi e corte-o em fatias ou cubos.

  • 4. Junte toda a fruta numa tigela e misture delicadamente.
