Jednoduché kórejské BBQ jedlo z bravčového mäsa s jemným bravčovým plecom alebo bôčikom obaleným v sladko-slanej marináde, dokončené sezamovým olejom, sezamovými semienkami a jarnou cibuľkou. Veľmi sa podobá na kórejskú prípravu bravčového mäsa v štýle bulgogi.

  • Bravčové plece alebo bôčik: 170 g

  • Kórejská BBQ marináda: 40 g

  • Sezamový olej: 5 g

  • Sezamové semienka: 2 g

  • Jarná cibuľka: 3 g

  • 1. Marinujte bravčové mäso v kórejskej BBQ marináde aspoň 15 minút, alebo dlhšie pre výraznejšiu chuť.

  • 2. Rozohrejte panvicu alebo grilovaciu panvicu na stredne vysokú teplotu.

  • 3. Opekajte bravčové mäso, kým nezhnedne a nebude úplne prepečené, podľa potreby miešajte alebo obracajte.
