Restovaná žltá tekvica s cibuľou

Jednoduchá zeleninová príloha z jemnej žltej tekvice a sladkej cibule restovaných na olivovom oleji a ochutených soľou a čiernym korením. Je ľahká, slaná a hodí sa ku grilovanému mäsu, ryži alebo cestovinám.

  • Žltá tekvica, 280 g

  • Cibuľa, 100 g

  • Olivový olej, 20 g

  • Soľ, 10 g

  • Čierne korenie, 10 g

    Postup


  • 1. Žltú tekvicu a cibuľu nakrájajte na rovnomerné kúsky.

  • 2. Na panvici rozohrejte olivový olej na strednom ohni.

  • 3. Pridajte cibuľu a varte 2 až 3 minúty, kým nezmäkne.

  • 4. Pridajte žltú tekvicu, soľ a čierne korenie.

  • 5. Za občasného miešania varte 6 až 8 minút, kým tekvica nezmäkne, ale nebude rozvarená.
