  • Postopek



  • 1. Po potrebi model obložite s papirjem za peko. V majhni skledi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladilo, kakavovo maso, sojin crisp, humektant, aromo in sol. Temeljito mešajte 1 minuto, dokler se suhi delci enakomerno ne porazdelijo in masa ni videti enotna.


  • 2. Mešanico z lopatico obdelujte 2 do 3 minute, pritiskajte in prepogibajte, dokler se ne poveže v gosto, kompaktno testo. Biti mora prožno, rahlo lepljivo in obdržati obliko brez pokanja. Če je mešanica na otip suha, nadaljujte s pritiskanjem, dokler se humektant popolnoma ne vključi in površina ne postane gladka.


  • 3. Testo čvrsto vtisnite v model in ga zbijajte po plasteh, da ne ostanejo zračni žepi. Površino poravnajte z lopatico in hladite 10 minut, dokler ploščica ni dovolj čvrsta, da jo lahko lepo vzamete iz modela.
