Preprosta jed iz na hitro prepražene rumene buče in čebule, začinjena s soljo in črnim poprom. To je klasična zelenjavna priloga v južnjaškem slogu.

  • 1. Rumeno bučo in čebulo narežite na tanke, enakomerne rezine.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednji temperaturi segrejte rastlinsko olje.

  • 3. Dodajte čebulo in jo kuhajte 2 do 3 minute, da se zmehča.

  • 4. Dodajte rumeno bučo, sol in črni poper.

  • 5. Med občasnim mešanjem kuhajte 6 do 8 minut, dokler buča ni mehka in rahlo porjavela.
