Preprosta, klasična zelenjavna juha na osnovi krompirja, korenja, čebule in pora, kuhana v oljčnem olju in začinjena s soljo. Podobna je osnovni rustikalni krompirjevi juhi ali zelenjavni juhi.

    Navodila


  • 1. Krompir in korenje olupite ter narežite na kocke. Čebulo in por narežite na rezine.

  • 2. V loncu na srednji temperaturi segrejte oljčno olje.

  • 3. Dodajte čebulo in por ter kuhajte, dokler se ne zmehčata.

  • 4. Dodajte korenje in krompir, nato premešajte, da se prekrijeta z oljem.

  • 5. Dodajte toliko vode, da prekrije zelenjavo, začinite s soljo in zavrite.

  • 6. Zmanjšajte temperaturo in kuhajte na rahlem ognju, dokler vsa zelenjava ni mehka.

  • 7. Postrezite vroče kot juho, z večjimi kosi ali po želji rahlo zmiksano.
