Preprosta krompirjeva priloga, začinjena s soljo in črnim poprom, pripravljena z rastlinskim oljem, dokler ni mehka in hrustljava. To najbolj ustreza osnovnemu pečenemu krompirju ali krompirju, ocvrtemu v ponvi, odvisno od načina priprave.

  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 220 °C ali pa na srednje močnem do močnem ognju segrejte ponev.

  • 2. Krompir narežite na enakomerne kose.

  • 3. Krompir premešajte z rastlinskim oljem, soljo in črnim poprom.

  • 4. Pecite 25 do 35 minut in ga enkrat obrnite ali pa ga v ponvi pecite, dokler ni zlato zapečen in mehak.

  • 5. Postrezite vroče.
