Preprosta krompirjeva in zelenjavna praženka

Rustikalna krompirjeva in zelenjavna praženka iz ponve, pripravljena iz krompirja, korenja in čebule ter preprosto začinjena s soljo in črnim poprom. Je preprosta slana priloga ali lahek obrok.

  • Korenje 70 g

  • Rastlinsko olje 15 g

    Navodila


  • 1. Krompir in korenje olupite ter narežite na majhne, enakomerne kocke. Čebulo narežite na tanke rezine.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednji temperaturi segrejte rastlinsko olje.

  • 3. Dodajte čebulo in jo kuhajte 2 do 3 minute, da se zmehča.

  • 4. Dodajte krompir in korenje, nato začinite s soljo in črnim poprom.

  • 5. Med občasnim mešanjem kuhajte 15 do 20 minut, dokler zelenjava ni mehka in rahlo zapečena.

  • 6. Postrezite vroče.
