  • Postopek


  • 1. V majhni posodi zmešajte mlečne beljakovine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sesekljane arašide, sladilo, sol in aromo. Temeljito premešajte, da se suhe sestavine enakomerno porazdelijo in da so arašidi razpršeni po celotni mešanici.

  • 2. Dodajte glicerol in stopljeno olje iz palmovih jedrc. Mešanico obdelujte z lopatico, dokler ne nastane povezana, voljna pasta brez suhih delov. Ob pritisku mora držati skupaj in biti rahlo elastična, ne drobljiva.

  • 5. Preliv iz mlečne čokolade in kakavovo maslo stopite na zelo blagem ognju ter mešajte, dokler zmes ni gladka in tekoča. Preliv mora biti sijoč in popolnoma povezan, brez vidnih zrnc.

  • 6. Ploščico vzemite iz modela in jo enakomerno premažite s stopljeno čokolado. Pustite, da odvečna čokolada na kratko odteče, nato ploščico položite na papir za peko. Hladite 10 do 15 minut, le toliko, da se preliv popolnoma strdi in je na otip čvrst.
