  • 1. Suši riž dajte v majhno skledo in ga nežno razrahljajte z lopatico za riž, da zrna ostanejo cela in rahlo sijoča. Hranite ga pri sobni temperaturi; biti mora mehak, ne vroč.


  • 2. V ločeni skledi zmešajte mleto tuno, majonezo in mlado čebulo. Nežno premešajte le toliko, da se tuna rahlo poveže in je mešanica na videz enakomerno začinjena. Mešanica mora mehko držati skupaj, ne da bi postala pastasta.
