Sečuansko svinjsko pleče z marinado iz čilijevega olja

Drzna, slastna marinirana svinjska jed z česnom, sojino omako, čilijevim oljem in ogrevalnimi začimbami. Najbolje jo je postreči kot surovo marinirano jed le, če je svinjina varno obdelana in pridobljena za surovo uživanje; sicer jo je treba skuhati.

  • Svinjsko pleče: 750 g

  • Česen: 30 g

  • Čilijevo olje: 60 ml

  • Sojina omaka: 40 ml

  • Kosmiči rdečega čilija: 5 g

  • Črni poper: 3 g

  • Sol: 7 g

    Navodila
  • 1. Česen drobno sesekljajte.

  • 2. V skledi zmešajte česen, čilijevo olje, sojino omako, kosmiče rdečega čilija, črni poper, sol in sladkor.

  • 3. Dodajte svinjsko pleče in temeljito premešajte, da se enakomerno obloži.

  • 4. Pokrijte in marinirajte v hladilniku vsaj 2 uri, po možnosti čez noč.

  • 5. Postrezite ohlajeno ali pri sobni temperaturi, če je namenjena kot surova marinirana jed, ali pa svinjino pred postrežbo po želji temeljito skuhajte.
