  • Postupak


  • 1. Pripremite povrće. Odvojite zelenu salatu na čist list ili uredne komade. Isecite paradajz na ravnomerne kolutove, a crni luk na što tanje kriške. Održite ih suvim i hrskavim.


  • 2. Zagrejte zemičku. Presecite zemičku za hamburger i stavite presečene strane u suv tiganj na srednju temperaturu na 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok se blago ne prepeku i ne postanu tople na dodir. Sredina treba da ostane mekana, dok presečena površina dobije blagu zlatnu boju.


  • 3. Ispecite pljeskavicu od govedine. Stavite tiganj na srednje jaku do jaku temperaturu. Stavite pljeskavicu od govedine u tiganj i pecite 3 do 4 minuta sa prve strane, zatim okrenite i pecite 2 do 3 minuta sa druge strane. Spoljašnjost treba da bude dobro zapečena, sredina potpuno pečena, a pljeskavica i dalje sočna kada se lagano pritisne.


  • 4. Sastavite hamburger. Stavite donju polovinu zemičke na tanjir. Dodajte zelenu salatu, zatim paradajz, pa crni luk. Stavite vruću pljeskavicu od govedine odozgo, tako da toplota blago omekša povrće ispod nje. Završite gornjom polovinom zemičke.

    Poslužite odmah na jednostavnom tanjiru, sa uredno poravnatom zemičkom i nadevom koji je zadržan na mestu, a ne sabijen. Gotov hamburger treba da bude uravnotežen, topao i urednog izgleda, sa povrćem vidljivim na ivici.
