  • Priprema



  • 1. Zagrejte rernu na 250°C i stavite unutra kamen za picu ili težak pleh za pečenje na najmanje 30 minuta. Površina mora biti potpuno zagrejana kako bi osnova počela odmah da se zapeče pri kontaktu.


  • 2. Na blago pobrašnjenoj površini razvucite testo za picu u krug od 30 cm, tako da sredina bude malo tanja od ivice. Prebacite ga na lopatu ili pleh obložen tako da se lako odvoji.


  • 3. Rasporedite paradajz sos preko testa u tankom, ravnomernom sloju, ostavljajući 1 cm ivice čistim. Površina treba da bude prekrivena, ali ne natopljena.


  • 4. Ravnomerno rasporedite 100 g mocarele preko sosa. Rasporedite šunku u jednom sloju, zatim dodajte komade ananasa umereno kako bi nadev ostao uravnotežen. Završite sa preostalih 50 g mocarele.
