Enkel potatis- och grönsakshash

En rustik stekt potatis- och grönsakshash gjord med potatis, morötter och lök, enkelt kryddad med salt och svartpeppar. Det är ett okomplicerat matigt tillbehör eller en lätt måltid.

  • Potatis 180 g

  • Morötter 70 g

  • Lök 50 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja 15 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Svartpeppar 2 g

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Skala och tärna potatisen och morötterna i små, jämna bitar. Skiva löken tunt.

  • 2. Värm den vegetabiliska oljan i en stekpanna på medelvärme.

  • 3. Tillsätt löken och stek i 2 till 3 minuter tills den mjuknat.

  • 4. Tillsätt potatisen och morötterna, och krydda sedan med salt och svartpeppar.

  • 5. Stek, under omrörning då och då, i 15 till 20 minuter tills grönsakerna är mjuka och lätt brynta.

  • 6. Servera varm.
