Inihaw na Patatas

Isang simpleng putaheng patatas na ginagawa sa pamamagitan ng pagbabalot sa mga patatas ng mantika at asin, saka iniihaw sa oven o niluluto sa kawali hanggang lumambot at bahagyang maging malutong.   • Instructions
  • 1. Painitin muna ang oven sa 220°C, o magpainit ng kawali sa katamtamang lakas hanggang mataas na init kung sa kawali lulutuin.

  • 2. Hiwain ang mga patatas sa magkakapantay na pirasong kasinlaki ng isang subo.

  • 3. Haluin ang mga patatas kasama ang mantikang gulay at asin hanggang pantay ang pagkakabalot.

  • 4. Ikalat sa baking tray sa iisang patong, o ilagay sa mainit na kawali.

  • 5. Lutuin hanggang ang mga patatas ay malambot at ginintuang kayumanggi, binabaliktad paminsan-minsan para pantay ang pagkakapula.
