  • Metode



  • 1. Plaas die aartappels in 'n kastrol, bedek met koue water en bring tot 'n sagte prut oor medium hitte. Kook vir 6 tot 8 minute, net totdat die rande sag is maar die blokkies nog heel bly. Dreineer goed en versprei op 'n skinkbord om vir 5 minute uit te stoom.


  • 2. Verhit 10 g botter of olie in die braaipan oor medium-hoë hitte. Voeg die aartappels in 'n enkele laag by en braai vir 8 tot 10 minute, draai af en toe, totdat dit egalig goudbruin en bros aan die buitekant is. Plaas oor na 'n warm bord en geur liggies indien verlang volgens die gereg se balans; die aartappels moet droog en duidelik afgebaken bly.


  • 3. Voeg die oorblywende 10 g botter of olie by dieselfde pan. Voeg die ui by en kook oor medium hitte vir 6 tot 8 minute, roer gereeld, totdat dit sag, deurskynend en liggies goudkleurig aan die rande is sonder om hard te verbruin. Skep uit in 'n klein bakkie.
