’n Eenvoudige gekruide aartappel-bygereg, waarskynlik voorberei deur aartappel met olie, sout, peper en gedroogde kruie te rooster of in ’n pan gaar te maak. Die gelyste voedingswaardes en bestanddele stem die beste ooreen met ’n klein porsie geroosterde of pangebraaide aartappels.

  • 1. Voorverhit die oond tot 200°C, of verhit ’n pan oor medium hitte.
