’n Eenvoudige klassieke bereiding van hoenderfiletstroke wat met sout en swartpeper gegeur word, dan in olie gaargemaak en met botter afgerond word vir ’n ryk pansous. Dit word die beste warm as ’n hoofproteïen bedien.

  • Kookolie 10 g

  • Botter 20 g

  • Sout 5 g

  • Swartpeper 5 g

  • 2. Verhit die kookolie in ’n pan oor medium-hoë hitte.
