Power-salat med kylling og sød kartoffel

En proteinrig sammensat salat med krydret kyllingebryst, ovnbagt sød kartoffel, hytteost, agurk og bladgrønt. Den minder om en forenklet salat bowl med kylling og sød kartoffel med en let krydring af olivenolie og urter.

Ingredienser


Samlet udbytte: 500 g

  • 160 g kyllingebryst

  • 120 g sød kartoffel

  • 80 g hytteost

  • 60 g agurk

  • 50 g bladgrønt

  • 15 g olivenolie

  • 5 g salt

  • 5 g sort peber

  • 5 g tørrede urter


  • Trin-for-trin-instruktioner


  • 1. Forvarm ovnen til 200°C.

  • 2. Skræl den søde kartoffel, og skær den i mundrette tern. Vend dem med halvdelen af olivenolien, lidt salt, sort peber og nogle tørrede urter.

  • 3. Bag den søde kartoffel i ovnen i 20–25 minutter, til den er mør og let gylden.

  • 4. Krydr kyllingebrystet med salt, sort peber og tørrede urter.

  • 5. Varm en pande op ved middel varme med resten af olivenolien, og steg kyllingen i 5–6 minutter på hver side, eller til den er gennemstegt. Lad den hvile i 5 minutter, og skær den derefter i skiver.

  • 6. Skær agurken i skiver, og klargør bladgrønten.

  • 7. Anret bowlen med bladgrønt, ovnbagt sød kartoffel, agurk, skåret kylling og hytteost.

  • 8. Afslut med eventuelt resterende krydderi efter smag, og servér varm eller afkølet.
