Hähnchenbrust mit Knoblauchbutter

Ein einfaches Gericht mit in der Pfanne gebratener Hähnchenbrust, verfeinert mit Knoblauchbutter. Es ist saftig, herzhaft und leicht mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer gewürzt.

Zutaten


  • Hähnchenbrust: 300 g

  • Butter: 25 g

  • Speiseöl: 10 g

  • Knoblauch: 15 g

  • Salz: 5 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer: 5 g


  • Zubereitung


  • 1. Die Hähnchenbrust trocken tupfen und beide Seiten mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer würzen.

  • 2. Das Speiseöl in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer bis hoher Hitze erhitzen.

  • 3. Die Hähnchenbrust hineingeben und braten, bis sie auf beiden Seiten goldbraun und vollständig durchgegart ist.

  • 4. Die Hitze reduzieren, Butter und Knoblauch hinzufügen und die geschmolzene Butter 1 bis 2 Minuten lang über das Hähnchen löffeln.

  • 5. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und vor dem Servieren kurz ruhen lassen.
