Áspic de ternera

Una preparación clásica de ternera servida fría, cuajada en un caldo sabroso rico en gelatina, similar a un áspic de carne o gelatina de ternera. Suele servirse fría como aperitivo o entrante en lonchas.

Ingredientes


  • Ternera 110 g

  • Caldo de cocción rico en gelatina 35 g

  • Cebolla y especias 5 g


  • Total: 150 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Cocina la ternera hasta que esté tierna, si no está ya cocida.

  • 2. Calienta el caldo con la cebolla y las especias para infusionar sabor.

  • 3. Mezcla la ternera con la preparación de caldo en un molde pequeño o una fuente.

  • 4. Enfría hasta que el caldo cuaje en una gelatina firme.

  • 5. Desmolda o sirve directamente bien frío.
