Ensalada de frutas

Una ensalada de frutas fresca y sencilla hecha con naranja, manzana y kiwi. Se sirve mejor fría como tentempié ligero, desayuno o postre.

Ingredientes


  • Naranja, pelada y en gajos: 300 g

  • Manzana, sin corazón y en dados: 300 g

  • Kiwi, pelado y en rodajas: 300 g


  • Peso total: 900 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Prepara la naranja pelándola y separándola en gajos.

  • 2. Quita el corazón de la manzana y córtala en trozos del tamaño de un bocado.

  • 3. Pela el kiwi y córtalo en rodajas o en dados.

  • 4. Combina toda la fruta en un bol y mézclala suavemente.

  • 5. Sirve de inmediato o enfría brevemente antes de servir.
