Blanc de poulet poêlé

Un simple blanc de poulet assaisonné, cuit dans l’huile jusqu’à être légèrement doré et bien cuit à cœur. Il s’agit d’une préparation de base au poulet, souvent utilisée comme composant protéiné dans de nombreux repas.

  • Huile de cuisson 1 g

  • Sel 0,3 g

  • Poivre noir 0,1 g

  • 1. Séchez le blanc de poulet en le tamponnant.

  • 2. Assaisonnez uniformément avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 3. Faites chauffer l’huile de cuisson dans une petite poêle à feu moyen.

  • 4. Faites cuire le blanc de poulet jusqu’à ce qu’il soit doré et bien cuit à cœur, en le retournant si nécessaire.

  • 5. Retirez-le de la poêle et laissez-le reposer brièvement avant de servir.
