Bol coréen de porc BBQ

Un plat simple de porc BBQ coréen, composé d’épaule ou de poitrine de porc tendre enrobée d’une marinade sucrée-salée, puis fini avec de l’huile de sésame, des graines de sésame et de l’oignon vert. Il ressemble beaucoup à une préparation de porc coréenne de style bulgogi.

Ingrédients


  • Épaule ou poitrine de porc : 170 g

  • Marinade Korean BBQ : 40 g

  • Huile de sésame : 5 g

  • Graines de sésame : 2 g

  • Oignon vert : 3 g


  • Total : 220 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Faites mariner le porc avec la marinade Korean BBQ pendant au moins 15 minutes, ou plus longtemps pour une saveur plus profonde.

  • 2. Faites chauffer une poêle ou une poêle-gril à feu moyen-vif.

  • 3. Faites cuire le porc jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien doré et cuit à cœur, en remuant ou en le retournant si nécessaire.

  • 4. Ajoutez l’huile de sésame à la fin et mélangez pour bien enrober.

  • 5. Terminez avec les graines de sésame et l’oignon vert émincé avant de servir.
