Un cornet de glace classique garni d’un mélange de noix et d’une garniture sucrée et crémeuse. Il s’agit d’un dessert glacé simple servi dans un cornet gaufré.

  • Cornet gaufré 20 g

  • Mélange de noix 15 g

  • Sucre 5 g

  • Crème 10 g

  • Lait 5 g

  • 1. Placez le cornet gaufré à la verticale dans un verre de service ou un support à cornet.

  • 2. Remplissez le cornet avec la glace.

  • 3. Mélangez la crème, le lait et le sucre jusqu’à obtenir une texture légèrement lisse.

  • 4. Déposez à la cuillère ou versez en filet la crème sucrée sur la glace.

  • 5. Parsemez le mélange de noix sur le dessus et servez immédiatement.
