Poêlée simple de pommes de terre et légumes

Une poêlée rustique de pommes de terre et légumes, cuite à la poêle, préparée avec des pommes de terre, des carottes et des oignons, simplement assaisonnée de sel et de poivre noir. C’est un accompagnement salé simple ou un repas léger.

Ingrédients


  • Pommes de terre 180 g

  • Carottes 70 g

  • Oignons 50 g

  • Huile végétale 15 g

  • Sel 3 g

  • Poivre noir 2 g


  • Total : 320 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre et les carottes en petits dés réguliers. Émincez finement les oignons.

  • 2. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 3. Ajoutez les oignons et faites-les cuire pendant 2 à 3 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres.

  • 4. Ajoutez les pommes de terre et les carottes, puis assaisonnez avec le sel et le poivre noir.

  • 5. Faites cuire, en remuant de temps en temps, pendant 15 à 20 minutes, jusqu’à ce que les légumes soient tendres et légèrement dorés.

  • 6. Servez chaud.
