Pommes de terre sautées

  • Pommes de terre 130 g

  • Huile végétale 18 g

  • Sel 2 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre si vous le souhaitez, puis coupez-les en tranches régulières ou en petits dés.

  • 2. Faites chauffer l’huile végétale dans une poêle à feu moyen.

  • 3. Ajoutez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées et tendres.

  • 4. Assaisonnez avec le sel et mélangez pour bien enrober.

  • 5. Servez chaud.
