  • Postupak



  • 1. Zagrijte hash brown u maloj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri s 2 g maslaca ili ulja 3 do 4 minute sa svake strane, dok izvana ne postane duboko zlatan i hrskav, a sredina vruća. Prebacite na topli tanjur i lagano posolite s malo soli.


  • 2. Zagrijte mini palačinke u istoj tavi na laganoj vatri 1 do 2 minute, jednom ih okrenuvši, samo dok ne omekšaju i ne budu potpuno zagrijane. Trebaju ostati svijetle i mekane, ne zapečene.


  • 3. Nježno podgrijte kajganu u tavi s preostalim maslacem ili uljem na laganoj vatri 1 do 2 minute, miješajući samo toliko da se razrahli. Treba biti mekana, sjajna i tek stisnuta, bez suhoće na rubovima. Začinite preostalom soli i crnim paprom.


  • 4. Rasporedite dimljeni losos na tanjur u laganim naborima tako da leži prozračno, a ne spljošteno. Uz njega stavite toplu kajganu, zatim hash brown i mini palačinke zajedno na jednu stranu kako biste stvorili visinu i kontrast.


  • 5. Dodajte ploške banane, ploške krastavca, zeleno grožđe i kockice bijelog sira u odvojene, uredne skupine. Svježe elemente držite hladnima i jasno odvojenima od toplih komponenti.
