Juha od krumpira i povrća

Jednostavna, klasična juha od povrća s krumpirom, mrkvom, lukom i porilukom pirjanim na maslinovu ulju i začinjena solju. Nalikuje osnovnoj rustikalnoj juhi od krumpira ili juhi od povrća.

  • 1. Ogulite i narežite krumpir i mrkvu na kockice. Narežite luk i poriluk na ploške.

  • 2. Zagrijte maslinovo ulje u loncu na srednje jakoj vatri.

  • 3. Dodajte luk i poriluk te kuhajte dok ne omekšaju.

  • 4. Dodajte mrkvu i krumpir, zatim promiješajte da se oblože uljem.

  • 5. Dodajte dovoljno vode da prekrije povrće, posolite i zakuhajte.
